System Management
Our System Management platform is centrally administered and controls the configuration, status, monitoring and auditing of all campaigns. Our customers, by way of internet based applications, have access to campaign statistics which would include;
- Provisioning of services, affiliates, subscriber groups and other engine rules
- Rules for instantiation of additional engines or processes to handle heavy loads
- Starting, stopping, pausing and resumption of specific services
- Blacklisting of subscribers based on affiliate or subscriber requests
- Logging each message transmission and the success or failure thereof
- Monitoring of every queue level within the system
- Watchdog alarms on every process – if any processes do not respond within a certain pre-set period, an alert is generated.
- SNMP monitoring of all hardware and operation system process
- Database administration including optimization and backups
- Drill down capability on any incoming/outgoing email and/or cell number address
Different categories of platform users have different access rights to the management consoles
